We start in Cranbourne, Clyde North & Clyde, Berwick, Narre Warren & Narre Warren South and Hampton Park, one agency per postcode, and agencies elsewhere can still enquire. If you want the visit at your office, say so in the note.

Founding Agency Start is the Listing Growth Desk on founding terms: A$1,950 a month, price fixed for 12 months from the start date, setup waived. That is a price promise, not a 12-month commitment. The deposit is the first month, A$1,950.

Quick Win is A$1,950 once. If you start there, the deposit is A$1,950. Founding agencies: the Quick Win fee is credited against your first monthly desk invoice if you upgrade within 30 days.

In 14 days on the Listing Growth Desk: the approved lead source is cleaned and counted, the templates are approved, the first approved messages are sent, replies are sorted, and the first Friday scorecard is sent. The clock starts when the agreements are signed and the export and CRM access are in place.

If anything listed in your proposal isn't delivered by its due date, we finish it at no charge and credit that month's fee. We don't guarantee appraisals, listings, rankings or AI recommendations, because those depend on owners, the market and third-party platforms. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.
