2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, industry and your message when you submit our contact form, book a call, join our newsletter or ask about a Launch Kit.
• Free Tool Data: Business name, industry, website address, and your answers to the visibility checklist when you use our free tools (the visibility check and the website scan).
• AI Chat Messages: Messages you send to the AI chat assistant on our website. If you leave your email address in the chat, the conversation transcript is saved with your enquiry and shared with our team.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, operating system, and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics services under strict consent settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal and business information for these purposes:

• To reply to contact form enquiries, prepare for and hold calls you book with us and, if you confirm your email address, send a short follow-up about your enquiry.
• To run the free visibility tools you use, show you the results and, if you confirm your email address, send the results and a couple of follow-up emails about them.
• To answer your questions in the AI chat assistant and, if you leave your email address, to follow up on your enquiry.
• To scope and deliver work you book with us, including a Launch Kit, and to send the emails that go with that work.
• To send our newsletter if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep our website secure and working, including spam protection and error monitoring.
• To comply with our obligations under Australian law and enforce our contractual terms.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share personal information only with the service providers below, and only as needed to run our website and services:

• AI Providers: Anthropic (Claude models) for the AI chat assistant and other AI features, with Groq as a fallback provider for the chat.
• Email Infrastructure: Resend for transactional and notification emails.
• Analytics & Consent: Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager operated under Google Consent Mode v2 (disabled until user consent is granted).
• Scheduling & Communication: Calendly for meeting reservations and Slack for internal team lead alerting.
• Payments: We do not take card payments on this website. If you book work, the price is agreed in writing and invoiced. Card details are not entered on https://luminara.digital.
• Security & Reliability: Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and bots, and Sentry for error monitoring.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website respects Google Consent Mode v2. Non-essential tracking, advertising, and measurement cookies remain disabled by default until you grant explicit consent via our cookie consent banner. You may change your preferences or decline non-essential cookies at any time.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Automation logs and email dispatch histories are periodically reviewed and pruned. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (APPs 12 & 13) and applicable international laws, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
