The Launch Kit licence, in plain English

A Launch Kit is a done-with-you build service. We take one of our kits and customise it for your business, on your own accounts. You are not buying a download or a copy of the kit to reuse elsewhere.

• Your finished site as delivered to you, including the code we customised for your business.
• All of your content: words, images, product and service data, and your brand assets.
• Your store, ad accounts, analytics, email lists and code are set up in your name from day one.
• You can keep changing and extending your site yourself or with another developer.

• The underlying kit: its design system, components and structure, which we reuse for other clients.
• You may not resell, redistribute or publish the kit itself as a theme, template or starter, in whole or in part.
• We may show the kit, but not your content or business, in our own marketing unless you agree.

A 30% deposit, invoiced after a free call once the scope is agreed in writing, books your build. The balance and when it is due are set out in that written scope before work starts. Prices are on each kit page. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST.

• Platform, hosting, app, domain and payment fees, which you pay directly to those providers.
• Photography, copywriting and ongoing marketing, unless added to your scope.
• Legal or regulatory review of your content. For clinics, your practitioners remain responsible for advertising compliance.
• Integrations that are not listed in your scope.

The demo businesses, people, prices and addresses are fictional. The demos show the kit's design and main flows; features in your build are the ones listed on the kit page and in your scope.
